The Okhtinskaya Victoria Hotel has two restaurants. Breakfast is served in the 2nd floor restaurant (one level above the lobby). There is also a restaurant on the first floor (lobby level), where the beautiful interior and fine European and Russian cuisine are often accompanied by live music.
